A: We must confirm trips 60 - 30 days prior, so reserve your seat as soon as possible.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: All seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis and require a non-refundable $75 deposit. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Your payments are non-refundable unless you've purchased Trip Cancellation Protection. Pre-ordered lift tickets will be refunded if the area refunds us. We offer Trip Cancellation Protection for $10/ski day ($30 on a 3-day trip). You must purchase this protection at the same time you register for the trip. If you must cancel your trip and have purchased this coverage, we will return any trip money paid to us EXCLUDING preordered or prepaid lift tickets, unless the ski area refunds us.

Q: If I decide to, can I switch to a different trip after signing up?

A: Yes, you may transfer your deposit to any of our trips during the same ski season / calendar year.

A: Yes, we must have at least 30 people for the trip to go.

Q: Can I board the bus somewhere other than Wichita?

A: Yes, we are happy to stop for passengers almost anywhere along our route. Just contact us to make arrangements.  For example, we can pick up in Salina or Hays for our trips to Northern Colorado or Dodge City for our trips to Crested Butte.
