These tickets should be considered nonrefundable as Granby/Ranch / SolVista has a very strict return policy.  If returns are approved, there will be a $3/ticket handling fee.

Please order at least 72 hours prior to your first day of skiing (weekends don’t count).You will pick up your tickets at the resort. 

GENERAL LIFT TICKET GUIDELINES 

Please read all of the above information!

Help us give you the best service possible...try to avoid a last minute rush by purchasing your tickets early!

Most areas allow us to sell discounted lift tickets over the phone.

You may email (theslope@aol.com), call (316 262 1595) or come into our store (2100 E Central, Wichita, KS) to purchase most lift tickets at our discounted prices.  Payment must be made at the time of purchase / order.

If we are out of lift tickets we may be able to special order yours.

Tickets purchased from The Slope can be refunded only by The Slope!  Our tickets cannot be refunded by the resort.  We will apply for a refund for you.  Lift tickets must be returned within 5 days of the expiry date on the face of the ticket.  If no date appears, April 10 is the return deadline.  Single day tickets are refundable when returned to us unused and with the purchase receipt.  Partially used multi-day passes are NOT refundable unless an injury occured and treatment was received at the resort medical center.  Please return your ticket, purchase receipt and proof of treatment to apply for an an injury refund.  Some early buy lift tickets and special passes are completely non-refundable.

Tickets must be scanned for usage by the resort prior to refund.  This may take several days.  We recommend that you make note of your ticket numbers or photo copy your tickets.  We charge $2/ticket return fee.  Per the resorts, prices and rules are subject to change without notice.

Slope Bucks are our loyalty program for most ticket purchases.  When returning lift tickets for which Slope Bucks were given the Slope Bucks must also be returned to us or they will be deducted from your refund.  Thank you.
