These tickets should be considered nonrefundable as Granby/Ranch / SolVista has a very strict return policy.  If returns are approved, there will be a $3/ticket handling fee.

Please order at least 72 hours prior to your first day of skiing (weekends don’t count).You will pick up your tickets at the resort. 

General Lift Ticket Guidelines - PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFO ON THE TICKET PRICE GRID ABOVE!

Most, but not all areas, allow us to sell discounted lift tickets over the phone!

You may e-mail us, call us at 316-263-1914 in Wichita or 888-593-0355 outside Wichita, or come into our store to purchase the lift tickets at our discount prices! Payment must be received for an order to be complete. See the rules and regulations at the bottom of the page.

IF WE RUN OUT OF LIFT TICKETS WE MAY BE ABLE TO SPECIAL ORDER YOURS. PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR LIFT TICKETS AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SKI DAY SO WE WILL HAVE TIME TO PLACE THE ORDER.

IF YOU PURCHASE LIFT TICKETS FROM THE SLOPE, REFUNDS MUST BE PROCESSED BY THE SLOPE...NOT BY THE SKI AREA. BRING YOUR UNUSED TICKETS AND THE RECEIPT BACK TO US. WE WILL APPLY FOR A REFUND FOR YOU. LIFT TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE EXPIRY DATE ON THE FACE OF THE LIFT TICKET. TICKETS MAY HAVE DIFFERENT EXPIRY DATES. IF NO DATE IS ON THE FACE OF THE LIFT TICKET, APRIL 10TH IS THE LIFT TICKET RETURN DEADLINE.  WE CHARGE $2/TICKET RETURN FEE.

MULTI-DAY LIFT TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN USED (even for just one run) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  IF INJURY IS INVOLVED RETURN YOUR TICKETS AND A COPY OF THE MEDICAL REPORT TO US AND WE WILL TRY TO GET A REFUND FOR YOU.

SOME EARLY BUY LIFT TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Slope Bucks are our loyalty program for most lift ticket purchases.  When returning lift tickdets for which you received Slope Bucks, the Slope Bucks will also be returned to us or deducted from your refund.  Thank you.

Mail orders valued at more than $200 will be sent via USPS Certified Mail. There is a $5 charge. Fed-Ex one and two day service is also available for an additional charge.
