    We have been Wichita's largest specialty ski shop since 1981! And we've been organizing ski trips to the mountains since 1976. If you're over 40 there's a good chance you went on a bus trip organized by us back when you were in junior high or high school.Guess what..... skiing is still just as fun as it ever was!!

    We are the experts on getting you and your friends and family out to the mountains with everything you need to have a great time.

     And we really do mean EVERYTHING!!

    Clothing, ski rentals, accomodations, and discounted lift tickets....The Slope has been educating and giving out the best information on how and where to ski for over 28 years.

    We strive every ski season to bring our customers the best of what mountains have to offer. Each winter has its' own unique fashion and the latest innovations in equipment. Our job at The Slope is to bring the feel of the mountains to everyone in Kansas. We don't want you to just go skiing or snowboarding. We want you to LOVE the sport as much as we do!

    That doesn't mean that you have to scream down the hill at 60 mph with tears in your eyes and your heart in your throat (although that is crazy fun). And it doesn't mean that if you snowboard, you have to learn how to pull a switch 540 tail grab (but it does impress the ladies).

    Cold weather gear - WE are the experts!! For your next trip out to the mountains, or just staying warm during our cold and windy winters, The Slope can help you stay comfortably warm even during our coldest months. Our brands include Obermeyer, Spyder, Ride, Oakley, The North Face, and Columbia's "Titanium" line of ski coats and pants.

    Ski Rental / Repair - The Slope can rent you a ski package from as little as $17 ski/day.We also rent Demo ski equipment, Snowboard Packages, helmets, ski bibs, and ski racks for your car. And if you already own your equipment, bring them down to get tuned up before you hit the mountain.

    Discount Lift tickets - We offer tickets to most of the major resorts in Colorado. Don't wait till you get to the mountain and buy lift tickets, save some serious $$$ and buy them ahead of time in our store.     Trips - We've got two ways to get you out to Colorado. You can hop on one of our organized bus trips - everything is planned out, all you have to do is pick when you'd like to ski. Or you can drive out yourself and have us organize your lodging, lessons, and rentals (either from our shop or at one of our sister shops at the ski area).
