E.O./The Slope Bus Trips

For a list of trips, click on "Trip List" in the menu at right. Trips leave in the early evening on the first day listed and return approximately 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. on the last day listed. Below is a sample itinerary.

Sample Itinerary (Based on a typical 3 day trip to Winter Park, CO):

Day 1:6:00PM - Report to Lawrence Stadium for bus loading.
7:00PM - Bus departs
Day 2:6:30AM - We'll arrive at our lodge and go to our changing rooms where we'll all change and store our luggage for the day. It's ski time!
Day 3:SKI, SKI, SKI!
Day 4:Move back into changing/luggage storage rooms before skiing.
4:30PM - Leave the ski area to prepare for our trip home.
5:30PM - Departure.
7:30-8:30PM - After a quick dinner stop in Denver, we'll head for home!
Day 5:6:30AM - Arrive at Lawrence Stadium in time for work or school. WOW, what a weekend!!

Trip Guidelines

  • NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY E.O. SKI TRIP
  • No drinking of alcohol on a trip when name/# begins "NA".
  • Prices include lodging (at maximum occupancy), sleeper bus transportation, new shaped ski rental*, leadership, and discount on lift tickets whenever possible. Lodging is based on maximum occupancy, including the sofa bed in condominiums. On our hotel trips, a limited number of 2 and 3 person rooms are available on a first come-first, served basis. The additional cost is $25/person for a two person room, and $15/person for a three person room. The cost will be added to your final balance.
  • All seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis and require a non-refundable $50 deposit.
  • Our cancellation policy is as follows: Your payments are non-refundable unless you've purchased Trip Cancellation Protection. Pre-ordered lift tickets will be refunded if the area refunds us.
  • We offer Trip Cancellation Protection for $8/ski day ($24 on a 3-day trip). You must purchase this protection at the same time you register for the trip. If you have to cancel your trip, and have purchased this coverage, we will return any trip money paid to us EXCLUDING preordered or prepaid lift tickets, unless the ski area refunds us.
  • We offer medical coverage for up to $200 for ski related injuries only for $5/day. Use this coverage to help reach your deductible.
  • All participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver (which we will provide) from parents/guardians.
  • NO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON ADULT TRIPS UNLESS TRAVELING WITH A PARENT. THANK YOU.
  • Anyone traveling on a student trip must follow the guidelines issued for minors.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip if there are not enough participants. If we cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays in arrival time at the area or at home, weather conditions or mechanical breakdown.
  • Registering for a trip implies agreement to follow the rules set forth by Education Overland II, Inc. and an understanding that if rules are not followed the offender may be removed from the trip and no refund or compensation will be made.
  • It is understood that E.O. reserves the right to search bags of minors in order to provide a safe, pleasant ski trip for everyone.
  • Seat location is not guaranteed. If you are concerned about where you sit on the outbound trip or the inbound trip, please arrive early for departure.

  • Skiers are credited $16/day for new shaped ski rental on our trips. If you have your own equipment and will not be renting from us, deduct $16/day from the trip price.
